Aggie Outdoors donors get a monthly newsletter detailing how and where their contributions are making an impact.

What will donations go towards?

Donations go straight to our scholarship fund and sponsored trips, unless specified for a specific cause.

What is the scholarship fund?

At the semester's start, members must meet a fixed deadline for dues or inquire about a payment plan. They will be given the following options:

  • I won't be able to pay dues without a scholarship

  • I may be able to pay dues if I am given enough time

  • I could use assistance but do not prioritize me

Member selections may determine eligibility for reduced dues, supported by funds allocated to the scholarship program.

What are sponsored trips?

Donations for sponsored trips fund semester campouts or day trips. Announced trips on the calendar are dedicated to sponsors (e.g., "John Doe Garner State Park Trip" or "Class of '16 Garner State Park Trip").

Donation instructions

First, access the Texas A&M Foundation website through this link

https://www.txamfoundation.com/give.aspx

In the "Setup your Gift" section within the link provided, click "select a Unit or College" and select "An Unlisted Account (Enter Manually)"

In "Giving Account Name or Number", type "956890 Aggie Outdoors"

After this, fill out the rest of the form with your information and be sure to use the "Additional Comments" section at the end to specify the purpose of your donation! Feel free to send a confirmation email or inquiry to Aggie Outdoors at aggieoutdoors@gmail.com
